- Mindfulness in Nature in Surrey – Sunday 8 AM
- Mindful Tea/Coffee– Sunday 10 AM
- Weekly Practice Online – Thursday 8 pm
- Mindfulness Meditation in Surrey – Friday 7 PM
- Mindfulness Retreat in Surrey – 3rd Saturday
In addition to these regular practices, there are ongoing practices that are held occasionally.
