Join our mindfulness practice, the practice of awakening. Our regular practice schedules are:
- Mindfulness in Nature in Surrey – Sunday 8 AM
- Mindful Tea/Coffee– Sunday 10 AM
- Weekly Practice Online – Thursday 8 pm
- Mindfulness Meditation in Surrey – Friday 7 PM
- Mindfulness Meditation in Vancouver – Thursday 5 pm
- Mindfulness Retreat in Surrey – 3rd Saturday
In addition to these regular practices, there are ongoing mindfulness practices that are held occasionally.
Anyone interested in mindfulness practice is welcome to participate our practice. No fees and no commitment required.
